Carehia Trust Passport helps caregivers build trust through profile completion, contact verification, skills, references, certifications, manual proof uploads, work history, and admin review.

Trust Passport scoring, automated reference checks, and background check provider integration are active beta features. Trust badges displayed on public profiles are based on submitted or manually reviewed proof — not automated verification. Carehia will label unfinished features clearly.
Background check features are not fully active until provider integration and review flows are complete.
Carehia will not represent a caregiver as background-checked unless the process is complete and approved for public display.
Carehia will not start a background check without explicit caregiver permission and consent.
Background check provider integration is coming soon. Until then, any background check steps visible in the caregiver portal are preparatory only. No background report has been ordered or completed on any caregiver at this time.
